  • This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality, compassionate care as a cardiology advanced practice clinician (APC) for weekday rounding at our skilled nursing facility partners
  • Enjoy a flexible daily schedule and you can earn up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus
  • You will be responsible for cardiology consults for adults in skilled nursing facilities Monday through Friday. No after-hours or weekend call associated with this position.
  • Required: current New York nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) license and DEA. Preferred candidates have two (2) years of cardiology or post-acute care experience. Additional cardiology training will be provided.
  • This is a full-time, benefits eligible position with expected annual compensation of $140,068 to $160,000 with no cap on productivity income potential
