About the Role:
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to lead a Cardiac Critical Care Unit in Orlando. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing APRNs and PAs, ensuring high-quality patient care, professional development, and alignment with departmental goals and quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical competency, education, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with nursing, medical, and administrative leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
