Job description Seeking an experienced ARNP/PA-C with demonstrated leadership skills and clinical excellence for an APP Supervisor position in Wenatchee, WA.

Highlights:

  • Position is four – 10-hour shifts per week
  • Busy, high-quality rural practice, mentoring program, collaborative and supportive team-based care environment
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and supervise a team of APPs
  • Collaborate with leadership in achieving organizational goals and performance outcomes of APPs in their department
  • Primary responsibilities include leading and managing staff, including APP department role optimization, performance evaluations, recruitment, hiring, and orientation
  • This position reports directly to the department practice manager/SLD. Collaborates with the department physician manager.
  • Approximately 10% of time is devoted to the team lead administrative duties and 90% to maintaining clinical practice within his/her respective department.


Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse and ARNP licensure or Active Physician Assistant licensure with prescriptive authority in the state of Washington, required by start date.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an APP
  • Leadership skills
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable state regulatory guidelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to be self-directed and take initiative
  • Knowledge of department policies, procedures, and protocols
  • BLS/ACLS certification per department requirement
