Cardiology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Rock Hill, SC

Summary:
We're currently seeking a dedicated and personable Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with cardiology experience to become a valued member of our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment alongside a diverse group of cardiovascular specialists in a region that offers the charm of small-town living with easy access to the vibrant city of Charlotte.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outpatient visits for post-hospital follow-ups, urgent work-ins, and general cardiac concerns
- Evaluate, assess, educate, and manage cardiac patients in collaboration with physicians
- Prescribe medications and develop care plans
- Partner closely with our team of cardiologists and fellow Advanced Practice Providers
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cardiology, preferably in a clinic setting
- DEA license and prescription privileges (preferred)
- Current South Carolina license (APRN or PA-C required)
- BLS and ACLS certification
