Join Congestive Heart Failure team
M-F 8 hr day shifts. No nights and no weekends and no call
Inpatient with outpatient coverage
Treat mostly CHF patients and advanced CHF with some general cardiology patients
Monitor heart failure of patients, educate and conduct consults for patients
Work with Cardiologists and other departments for full comprehensive care.
Work out of 1 CT hospital
