Full Job Description:

Envision Physician Services is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time opportunity in Pain Management with the Anesthesia team at CentraState Medical Center. This position will be based out of our new practice location in Marlboro, NJ. The ideal candidate will work with physicians to conduct consultations, assist with medication management, and perform trigger point injections as needed. Experienced candidates encouraged to apply, but willing to train new grads or those looking to break into the Pain Management field.

The position offers a compensation and benefits package that includes great base salary, health, dental and vision benefits, CME allowance and comprehensive malpractice coverage.
