**CRNA Opening - La Grande, Oregon**
**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- Four 10hr shifts/week
- 5 FTE group plus 1 CRNA float who provides pain management services
- Epic EMR
- Lvl IV trauma center
- Growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital

- This candidate will be a part of history with the group, as they are scheduled to open our new 92,000 square foot facility this fall.
- The new tower is connected to current hospital and will be home to new ORs and Surgical floor.
- 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites (which can flex to 2 additional ORs(, 15 pre-post-op rooms and 7 PACUs
*Candidates have the opportunity to earn gross wages near $300k.*
**Compensation**
- 270k+

- Very competitive total compensation opportunity (525k+) which includes:
- Quality incentives up to $25k
- RVU bonus based on annual threshold

**Oregon Tax Credit:**
The State of Oregon offers an income tax credit of 5,000 for physicians practicing in La Grande, which is equivalent to earning another estimated 9,930 in base salary not reflected in the numbers above. [The Credit is applied to Oregon taxes before FICA tax and the estimate is based on tax brackets of 9% for State, 33% for Federal, 1.45% for Medicare and 6.2% for FICA.]
