**CRNA opening - Clinton, IA**
Located 35m to Quad Cities
**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- Mon-Fri 7a-3:30p + On call
- 1:4 weekend requirement
- 1:4 on call requirement
- Candidate must have experience with procedures in both adult & pediatric patients.
- CRNA shall directly provide all professional anesthesiology services and/or supervise and manage anesthesiology services for the benefit of individual Hospital patients.
- General anesthesia, including general surgical anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, thoracic anesthesia, and obstetrical anesthesia; intravenous sedation; intravenous regional anesthesia; regional blocks; and conductive anesthesia, as required.
- Provide pre-evaluation anesthesia services in accordance with guidelines approved by both Group and Hospital.
- Provide post-surgical monitoring for complications related to the administration of anesthesia.
- Respond promptly to codes to which an anesthesia provider is specifically paged.
- Clinical Services provided by CRNA shall be performed in accordance with currently approved and generally accepted medical standards.
- Operates 249 licensed beds.
- Works collaboratively with members of the OR Leadership Team, Anesthesia Providers, and clinical staff.
- Must possess a personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and caring.
**Requirements:**
- Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)
- Experience with procedures in both Adult & Pediatric patients
- BLS (or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire)
- ACLS, PALS, AND NRP certifications (or willing to obtain within 1 year of hire)
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Base salary ~$240K based on training and experience (to be discussed at interview).
