**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- 3 Openings available
- Physician one-on-one mentoring for new grads
- Option to practice Hospital and/or surgery center
- Flexible work days and hours, option for self-scheduling 5-8s, 2-12s + 2-8s, 3-12s, future option for 13/13/14
- Variety of cases, ability to keep up skills
- Rare call responsibilities for back up call, opportunities for overtime if desired
- Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
- Care team model, equitable call schedule
- Practice team of 7 full-time physicians, 18 CRNAs
- ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases

**Compensation/Benefits**
- Annual base salary starts at $200K, increases based on experience and proficiencies
- On-call rates:
- $250/night
- Weekend day $1200
- Cardiac $250/night, $500/day
- Overtime/call back rate: $175/hr
