Active PA State License
Board Status: Board Certified NBCRNA
Required Procedures: Epidurals
Required Certifications: ACLS, CRP, PALS
Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 2
Job Information
Typical Day: 1:4 Shared weekend call, Standard coverage for OR
Avg weekday/weekend call: 0-5
No Anesthesiologist on staff, all CRNA model
Hospital Beds: 25, critical access
Types of Cases: 100% Surgical, Ortho, Podiatry, Gen Surg, Urology, OB, & ENT
APP/Mid-Level Coverage Avail: No
Will provider work solo? Yes
Other specialties on-site: General Surgery, Podiatry, ENT, Ortho, OB, Urology
Adult 95%
Pediatric 5%, Mainly ENT
EMR: Cerner
