Locums | Cardiology APP (NP or PA) | Hood River, OR (OR license required) Why This Role

  • 3-day workweek
  • No call
  • NP or PA accepted
  • 12 patients per shift
  • Locums-to-perm potential
Assignment Details Start/end: December 2026, ongoing; initial 6-month contract with possible extension Schedule: Wednesday-Friday, 8am-5pm; 3 days/week, 4 weeks/month Coverage type: Outpatient clinic only; no call Volume: ~12 patients/shift Setting: Outpatient Cardiology; clinic and hospital-based outpatient testing Support: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 office staff; cardiac device tech support EMR: Epic Credentialing: ~90 days Clinical Details Required scope: Outpatient Cardiology Supervise echo and nuclear exercise stress tests Perform/supervise outpatient stress testing and cardiac device checks Sign off on cardiac device checks and interpret EKGs No inpatient admissions Requirements Board certified NP or PA License: active OR license required Cardiology experience BLS and ACLS Active DEA Compensation Rate caps apply per facility Malpractice provided Travel and lodging reimbursed
