## Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Opening | Tallahassee, FL Located in Tallahassee, Florida Full-Time, Permanent ## Practice Overview * Full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Tallahassee, Florida * Join a well-established neonatal practice with more than 30 years of service * Practice in a 34-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 25 and approximately 3,500 annual deliveries * Provide care in the region's only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit serving high-risk mothers and critically ill or premature infants * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, neonatal nurse practitioners, pediatric intensivists, and pediatric hospitalists * Supported by pediatric cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, orthopedics, radiology, and other pediatric subspecialists * Strong ancillary support including a dedicated PICC team and full-time Child Life Specialist * Participate in neonatal transport services staffed by experienced neonatal nurses and respiratory therapists * Flexible scheduling with a combination of 8-hour and 24-hour shifts * Collaborative, family-centered care environment with experienced nursing and clinical support ## Compensation & Recruitment Package * Competitive compensation based on experience and training * Recruitment incentives may be available ## Job Qualifications * Master's degree or Doctorate in Nursing required * Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) required * FNP, PNP, and other NP certifications are not accepted * Minimum of 2 years of current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner experience required (RN experience does not qualify) * Florida APRN license or eligibility * DEA registration required prior to start * Clean malpractice history preferred ## Benefits * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance * Life insurance * Short- and long-term disability coverage * 401(k) with employer match * Employee stock purchase program * Health Savings Account (HSA) * Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) * Identity protection benefits * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Supplemental hospital, accident, and critical illness coverage ## Community Details Tallahassee, Florida offers a unique blend of Southern charm, vibrant culture, and abundant outdoor recreation.
