Certified Nurse Midwife Opening – Crown Point, IN Located in Crown Point, Indiana Full-time Certified Nurse Midwife opportunity within a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model, working collaboratively with physicians and a multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive women’s health services.
