Locums | Neonatal NP / PA | In-House Coverage | Johnstown, PA Why This Role

  • Ongoing neonatal coverage need due to medical leave
  • In-house NICU role with no pager call responsibilities
  • Option for locum-to-perm or ongoing as-needed coverage
  • Fast credentialing timeline with temporary privileges available
Assignment Details Start date: June 1, 2026 Ongoing coverage Inpatient setting 12-hour or 24-hour in-house shifts No call coverage (full in-house shifts) EMR: Epic Facility will consider multiple providers Clinical Details Level III NICU coverage Average census of approximately 10 patients per shift 16-bed neonatal unit Assigned patient rounding only Trauma Level I facility No resident or teaching supervision required No supervision of other APPs required Requirements Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Neonatal Physician Assistant Active Pennsylvania license required Level III NICU experience required BLS required Board Certified / Board Eligible Open to locum-to-perm candidates Clean background for expedited credentialing Compensation Rates: Facility accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel and lodging: Reimbursed
