Seeking an experienced & New Grad NP/PA to join a growing Allergy Practice!
We are the largest and fastest-growing Allergy/Dermatology practice in the Country, with over 100+ offices across multiple states. Join our team of 400+ Physicians who enjoy a great work-life-balance with our organization having a less than 3% turnover rate.
Job Description:
* Full Time, 30+ hours
* Monday-Friday to cover office hours
* Open Flexibility to help cover in a team environment is needed
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examination, and diagnostic evaluation.
* Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various allergic, asthmatic, and immunologic conditions.
* Administer and manage immunotherapy and other relevant treatments.
* Educate patients and their families about disease processes, treatment plans, and preventive care.
* Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including allergists, immunologists, and support staff.
* Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.
* Adapt to the dynamic needs of the practice as we transition from a focus on dermatology to encompass allergy, asthma, and immunology

Qualifications:
* Board Certified with an active state license
* Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program
* Minimum of three years of experience in treating allergy patients.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.
