Neonatal NP Opening in Phoenix, AZ Full-Time, Permanent Location: Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area Schedule: Combination of 12- and 24-hour shifts (flexible) Compensation: Competitive salary + sign-on bonus + relocation assistance Start Date: Flexible We are seeking board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join a growing and collaborative team. Work alongside experienced Neonatologists and fellow NNPs across a network of advanced neonatal care centers. Coverage across multiple sites, including: * Three Level III–IV NICUs affiliated with high-risk delivery services * Six (and growing) Level II Special Care Nurseries * Additional Level IIIa and Level II nurseries across Arizona * Evening shifts in Level III–IV NICUs are worked alongside a Neonatologist * Level II nurseries are covered 24/7 by in-house NNPs, with Neonatologist support for daily rounds and emergencies * Shared responsibility for delivery attendance * No neonatal transport duties required * Scheduling & Work Environment * Flexible shift options (combination of 12- and 24-hour shifts) * Supportive and collaborative care model * Excellent continuity of care across multiple high-acuity sites * Opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding and respected regional program Compensation & Benefits * Competitive salary based on experience and training * Sign-on bonus (negotiable) * Relocation assistance, if applicable * Tuition reimbursement * Full benefits package for employee and qualified dependents, including: * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Life and disability insurance * 401(k) with company match * Pre-tax HSA and FSA options * Aflac supplemental plans (Hospital, Critical Illness, Accident) * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Benefits available to both full-time and eligible part-time staff (based on hours and age) Required Qualifications * Master’s Degree in Nursing * Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) * Arizona State License (or willingness to obtain) * Active or pending DEA license (must be obtained prior to start) * Minimum 2 years of NNP experience – Highly Preferred Become part of a growing and well-supported neonatal team, offering flexibility, collaboration, and long-term career growth in one of the country’s most desirable metropolitan areas.
