Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Opening in Las Vegas, NV Seeking a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a high-acuity, nationally respected Level III NICU team at a premier children’s hospital in Las Vegas, NV. Be part of a multidisciplinary group where 24/7 collaborative care, cutting-edge interventions, and full pediatric subspecialty support converge to provide life-saving treatment and impactful care for the most vulnerable patients. * Join a cohesive and collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12 NNPs/PAs * Care for critically ill neonates, including extremely low birth weight (ELBW) infants * Work in a 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60 * Utilize advanced neonatal interventions: * Neonatal ECMO * Jet and Oscillatory High-Frequency Ventilation * Inhaled Nitric Oxide (iNO) * Whole-body Cooling for HIE * Participate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and transport teams * Collaborate closely with comprehensive pediatric sub-specialists, including cardiovascular surgery, PICU, CVICU, and pediatric emergency medicine * Deliver patient-centered care in a forward-thinking, innovation-driven environment Schedule * 24/7 in-house provider coverage * Participation in NICU resuscitation and transport coverage * Weekends and nights included in rotation schedule Compensation & Benefits * Competitive compensation package with potential sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance. * Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage * 401(k) Thrift Program with Employer Contribution * Life and AD&D Insurance – Employee, Spouse, Child * Short & Long-Term Disability Insurance * Health Savings Account & Flexible Spending Account * Parental Leave, FMLA, Sick Pay Bank * Employee Assistance Program * Employee Discount Programs * No State Income Tax in Nevada for enhanced take-home pay Requirements * Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner * Nevada license or willingness to obtain * DEA license and Nevada CSR/CDS – Must be obtained prior to start * Clean malpractice and license history – Highly preferred
