Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Location: Tulsa, OK An exciting opportunity is available for Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join a leading neonatal care team in the region’s only Level IV NICU. This position offers the chance to provide advanced, compassionate care for newborns in a collaborative and supportive environment. NNPs in this role practice at the highest level of neonatal care, supported by a multidisciplinary team and advanced technology. Opportunity Highlights • Join a Level IV, 58-bed NICU with private patient rooms, offering comprehensive neonatal critical care. • Collaborate with a team of skilled and collegial NNPs and Neonatologists dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes. • Work in a procedure-intensive unit, with NNPs performing: o Intubations and resuscitations o Umbilical venous and arterial catheter (UVC/UAC) placements o Chest tube insertions o Lumbar punctures o Central line placements • Access to robust in-house support services, including: o Dedicated neonatal transport team o Board-certified lactation consultants o Developmental specialists o Respiratory therapists o Child-life specialists o Pediatric subspecialists ensuring continuity of care • Onsite pediatric ECMO program. • NNPs also support nearby Level II and Newborn Nursery units at affiliated campuses in the region. • Teaching opportunities available through partnerships with local educational programs.
