Education Master’s degree or higher, from accredited program as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Midwife. Current California certification in Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant, (PA), or Certified Nurse Midwifery (CNM) Current DEA license Current CPR license
