Orthopedic PA opening in New York * Located in *Little Falls, NY* - on the Mohawk River 30 miles from Cooperstown * Full-time, permanent opening * Hospital-employed * Joining a well-established team of 13 Orthopedic Surgeons and 15 APPs * Responsibilities include clinic, hospital floor, and OR coverage * Orthopedic experience preferred, but not required Compensation & Incentives: * Salary range: $104,040 - $141,727 (based on qualifications and experience) * Sign-on bonus: Up to $50,000 * Additional $20,000 for joining a twice-monthly call group Qualifications: * National certification as a Physician Assistant * New York State license * BLS and DEA certification required Benefits & Support: * Competitive salary and generous sign-on bonus * Virtual scribes and in-basket support available * Leadership development opportunities * Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, CME time and allowance, paid malpractice with tail, retirement plan, and generous PTO
