Locums | NP/PA - Neonatology | No Call | Hershey, PA (Any state license) Why This Role * Full-time inpatient coverage in a Level 1 NICU with high-acuity patient population * Opportunity to perform advanced procedures including PICC/UVC/UAC lines, chest tubes, lumbar punctures, intubations, and patient transport * Work with a large multidisciplinary team (20–22 RNs, 2–3 APPs) * EMR: Cerner Assignment Details * Start Date: ASAP * End Date: Ongoing * Coverage Type: No Call * Schedule: 36-hour workweek, days/nights/weekends required * Patients per Shift: 10 * EMR: Cerner Requirements * Board Certified PA or NP in Neonatology * Any state license (no license requirement to bid) * BLS and PALS * Clean history * Must be willing and able to perform all NICU procedures and participate in ground and air transport * Full-time availability for a minimum 6-month assignment (up to 1 year) Clinical Details * Scope: Inpatient neonatal care including procedural support and transport * Typical Procedures: * PICC/UVC/UAC line placement * Chest tube insertion * Lumbar puncture * Intubation * Ground and air transport of neonates Compensation * Rates: Facility is accepting bids * Malpractice: Provided * Travel: Reimbursed
