Bilingual Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) – Laborist opening – Conway, SC Located 10 miles from Myrtle Beach Seeking candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish Position Details

• Inpatient-only laborist role focused exclusively on labor and delivery
• No outpatient clinic responsibilities
• Serve a diverse patient population with an emphasis on Spanish-speaking patients
• Rotating 12-hour or 24-hour shifts
• Nights, weekends, and holidays required
• 24/7 coverage shared among CNMs and OB/GYN physicians
• Practice model includes 8 physicians, 2 CNMs, and 1 WHNP
• EMR: Cerner Clinical Environment
• High-risk pregnancies managed up to 32 weeks gestation
• Level II nursery on site
• Approximately 2,000 deliveries annually
• Typical daily census of 8‚Äì12 deliveries
• Labor & Delivery, postpartum, nursery, and C-section ORs all located on the same floor
• L&D located directly across from postpartum care
• High-risk neonatal transfers handled via established protocols to Level III or Level IV NICUs Responsibilities
• Manage labor and delivery for inpatient obstetric patients
• Provide culturally competent care to a diverse population
• Perform routine deliveries and assist with C-sections
• Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians, anesthesia, pediatrics, and nursing staff
• Ensure safe, evidence-based obstetric care throughout labor and delivery Requirements
• Certified Nurse Midwife
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Board-certified and licensed (or eligible) in South Carolina
• Experience in labor and delivery required
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required Benefits Details
