- Located in Moses Lake, WA - Spokane 100m, Seattle 170m
**Position Opportunity**
- Full time, permanent
- Our ENT team consists of one Physician and one Advanced Practice Provider in Moses Lake, six Physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers organization wide when fully staffed
- Standard four-day work week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off)
- No call
- 16-20 patients per day
- Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite
- Multi-specialty clinic with supportive team and specialists readily available for support
- EPIC Electronic Medical Record
- Clinic hours: 7:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, training available
- Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
- Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
- Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
- Provider who wants to reside in Moses Lake, Washington
