- Located in Pocatello, ID - Salt Lake City 160m
- Full-time, permanent position
- Join a team consisting of 13 providers including 6 other APPs
- EMR: EPIC
- Flexible 40 hour schedule (4 10s or 5 8s)
- Onsite lab and EKG
