**APP ENT Opening in Moses Lake, WA**
Spokane 100m
* Four-day (10-hour shifts) work week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off) or Five-day (8-hour shifts) per week.
* Outpatient Only
* No call
* 16-20 patients per day
* Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite
* Multi-specialty clinic with supportive team and specialists readily available for support
* EPIC Electronic Medical Record
* Clinic hours: 7:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
* Our ENT team consists of one Physician and one Advanced Practice Provider in Moses Lake, six Physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers organization wide when fully staffed.

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive yearly salary, ranging between $123,000 - $142,000 based on experience plus monthly WRVU bonus opportunity.

* Internal student loan repayment up to $24,000
* Relocation stipend of $5,000 in first paycheck
* 24 days PTO 1st year

**Ideal Candidate:**
* ENT experience preferred
* Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, training available
* Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
* Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
* Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
* Willing to relocate and live in Moses Lake, Washington
* Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is an essential requirement. Religious and medical exemptions will be considered upon request.
