**Neonatal NP Openings in Albuquerque, New Mexico**
2 Openings
Start date: ideally within next 3-5 months
**Position Details:**
- Full-time or part-time
- Permanent positions (no locums)
- The group is converting to an in-house NNP model for their Level 3 NICU in Albuquerque. It is licensed for 53 beds but the daily census ranges widely from 15-25.
- Some prior NICU experience is required.
- The group takes care of all gestational ages, but no surgery or ECMO.
- All ventilatory modes are represented and the facility does have nitric oxide.
- Providers get called to high risk deliveries but not necessarily every c-section.
- Seven 24-hr shifts will be considered full time with the ability to do extra or bundle shifts.
- Ability to work extra shifts in the newborn nursery or in the NICU for additional pay, if desired.
**Compensation/Benefits:**
- Salary range for full-time: $110,000-135,000, based on experience.
- Part-time compensation: $60-75/hr.
- Full-time incentives: Both sign-on and relocation
