**APP Sleep Medicine Opening in NE** Located in North Platte, NE - Lincoln 225m; Denver, CO 260m Seeking board certified Sleep Medicine NP/PA. * Mix of outpatient clinic and work with Sleep Lab and DME services on patient care * Clinic is Monday-Friday 8a-5p with time allowance of one-half day for administrative time/charting * No Call * EMR: Epic * APP will learn processes in Sleep Lab as well as DME companies to ensure patient care throughout the diagnostic process and follow up with plan of care is smooth and efficient * It is anticipated the APP will grow to evaluate consults with minimal oversight by the physician, allowing the physician to expand access in the outpatient clinic setting for additional new and follow up patient visits. * Outreach clinics APP may assist with telehealth outreach clinics * Staff available -- Full-time Office Manager, 1 full-time RN, full-time CNA, dedicated office assistant for scheduling * Staffing expectations -- RN or MA specific to APP would be considered with volume justification * How long is the wait for an appointment 1 months for new patient appointments in the outpatient clinic setting Common Conditions Treated: Sleep deprivation, Insomnia, Sleep apnea, Shift work disorder, Restless legs syndrome, and Narcolepsy Generous benefits which include Health, Dental, Life Insurance, Retirement Plan, CME, & Malpractice coverage. * Loan Forgiveness * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Long Term Disability * Short Term Disability * Life Insurance * Eye Care Insurance * Identity Theft Insurance * Pet Insurance * Supplemental Life Insurance * Wellness Membership * Retirement Plans (403b)
