Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Addiction Medicine to join their team in lower Westchester County. The role is for 12 hour day shifts and block schedule of 7on 7 off. Group will provide a competitive salary + productivity bonuses.

Job Description:


Compensation : $149000 - $166000 Job ID : 36074

Job Function:

  • Assess and manage patients presenting with withdrawal symptoms.

  • Coordinate treatment plans and monitor patient progress in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including counselors, nursing staff, and psychiatry.

  • Evaluate patients for medication-assisted treatment and work with the care team to ensure continuity of care post-discharge.

  • Stay current on evidence-based practices in the field of addiction medicine.

  • Schedule is 7 on 7 off and 12 hr day shifts

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in Addiction Medicine.

  • Must be able to obtain a Suboxone waiver.

  • Experience in detox and rehab settings is a plus.

  • Board Certified (BC).

  • Must hold an active New York medical license.

1 year of experience in Addiction Medicine.
