We are seeking coverage for:
An employee health and well center that provides care for a corporate level employers and their family members.
Coverage is needed:
02/10/2020-03/27/2020 (7 weeks)
Hours:
Monday-Friday (7a-4p)
Lunch: 60 minutes(unpaid)
Care Provided:
-Primary
-Minor Acute
-Occupational Health
**Must be able to complete required Premise Health Credentialing prior to placement.**
We have hourly rate compensation, as well as mileage and malpractice insurance, and we also provide lodging if necessary!
