The Provider will need to be versed in endoscopic radial harvesting, as you will be first assisting in the operating room. This is an 80/20 split, with dominance of the role being in surgery and the remainder in rounding. Shift requirements are Monday thru Friday rotating schedule with a certain amount of on-call.
