Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Monitor wound healing, providing appropriate treatments and interventions.
- Educate patients and caregivers about wound care practices and preventive measures.
Qualifications
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio
- Certification in Wound Care preferred
- Proven experience in wound management
