Job description

Pacific Companies is proud to present an exciting Wound Care Nurse Practitioner opportunity in Washington State's Yakima Valley Wine Country. This hospital-based role offers the rare chance to build and expand a hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) program within a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. With no call, no weekends, and a Monday-Friday schedule, this position prioritizes both clinical excellence and work-life balance. The current program serves approximately 60 active patients, creating immediate impact while offering significant growth potential. If you are an HBO-certified NP (preferred) who enjoys leadership, advanced wound management, and building regional service lines, this is your opportunity to lead and grow a program with strong executive support.

  • Skills: Debridement, I&D, NPWT, TCC, biopsies, compression, IV antibiotic management, vascular studies, HBO supervision
  • EMR: Cerner | Contracted with Healogics
  • Team: 2 RNs + 1 MA ready to grow the program
  • Collaborate with 12-system clinics to expand referral base
  • Strong leadership support from engaged C-suite and nursing leadership
  • Competitive total compensation, sign-on, relocation, and full benefits (discussed directly with leadership)
