Seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide locum coverage in an outpatient setting in Batavia, OH. Provider will manage a wide range of acute, chronic, and surgical wounds while supporting continuity of care during a staffing transition.
Job Responsibilities
Manage vascular, pressure, and diabetic ulcers
Provide wound debridement and apply advanced wound therapies
Supervise Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention
Implement preventative measures to reduce skin breakdown
Document all care in EPIC EMR
Qualifications
BLS Certification (Required)
ACLS (Preferred for HBOT)
Experience in wound care and ulcer management
Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
Working Hours
Coverage dates: 12/22/2025 – 3/31/2026
Outpatient clinic hours (no inpatient responsibilities)
Skills
Debridement and advanced wound therapies
HBOT supervision
Strong patient education abilities
Efficient EPIC EMR documentation
