APRN Wound Care AdventHealth Sebring

AdventHealth Medical Group in Sebring is seeking to employ a dynamic APRN to join our thriving and robust Wound Care Clinic. Ideal candidate should expect:

• Clinic based position: Mon-Thurs 8a-5p and Friday 8a-3p
• Supportive clinic staff- 1 FT MD, 4 RNs, 1 Tech
• Schedule/Staff that demand work/life balance

• EPIC EMR

Procedures/Clinic Duties:

• Open wounds: Example- ulcers, pressure injuries, nonhealing wounds
• Handling Inbox messaging
• Administrative duties as required minimal

Ideal candidate should have:

• Wound Care Board Certification as RN or APP
• Experience in outpatient wound care treatment as RN or APP
• Surgical nurse experience- optional but would be beneficial
• Minimum three (3) years of previous experience as RN preferred
• Care for patients using evidence-based medicine with a focus on patient safety and patient satisfaction
• Ability to perform (or desire to learn) office procedures, wound debridement

Education, Licensure, and Certification Required:

Master’s degree in nursing (APRN)
