One of our clients are expanding in Northwest, IN and urgently seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner for home and SNF visits.
Main Details:
- $250/visit | W2 pay | IRS mileage reimbursed
- Must be board certified FNP or AGNP/AGACNP with IN license
- New grads welcome | Training provided
- Must be flexible Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm with 72-hour notice
- Travel up to 1.5 hours from Northwest, IN central location required
