Job description
We are looking to fill a full-time Nurse Practitioner position specializing in Mobile Wound Care, based in Tucson, AZ. The Nurse Practitioner will provide wound care services to patients in their homes and may also round in skilled nursing facilities. Responsibilities include patient assessment, wound evaluation, treatment planning, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure effective wound healing.
Job Responsibilities
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of NP experience, with at least 1 year in wound care
Certification: Wound care certification is preferred
Qualifications
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently in the field
Familiarity with mobile healthcare technologies
Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification (specific to state requirements)
Advanced practice nursing degree
Experience in home healthcare is a plus
