We’re hiring for a full-time advanced practice clinician to provide specialized wound care in post-acute facilities in the Lansing, Michigan area.

This role offers a flexible weekday schedule with no call responsibilities—perfect for clinicians seeking both clinical impact and work-life balance.

Position Overview:

  • Location: Lansing, MI and surrounding areas

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

  • Setting: Post-acute care, inpatient environment

  • Call: None

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage residents with complex wounds

  • Develop individualized care plans and consult on wound care protocols

  • Educate nursing staff and facility teams on dressing techniques, hygiene, and early signs of complications

  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams (IDT) and primary care providers

  • Promote evidence-based wound care practices and continuity of care

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced NP or PA with a clinical background in wound, ostomy, foot care, and/or continence care

  • Wound care certification preferred (but not required)

  • Active and unrestricted Michigan NP or PA license

  • DEA license preferred (not required)

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care skills
