Job Title: Nurse Practitioner - Wound Care & Ostomy Care

Job Responsibility:

Provide wound and ostomy care in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Work closely with Colorectal and Urology surgeons for pre-surgery site markings and patient education

Educate patients and families on what to expect with ostomies, lifestyle changes, and follow-up care

Assess wounds, skin integrity, and overall patient health

Create and follow care plans to promote healing and manage complications

Use evidence-based methods to prevent infection and ensure proper wound care

Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care

Keep detailed and accurate patient records

Excellent communication and compassion are essential
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary: $114,430–$123,584 (excluding bonuses and incentives)

- Board Certified
- DEA
- Wound Care Certification
