We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Wound Care & Ostomy Clinic in Troy, NY. This role is ideal for a provider with a passion for wound care management, ostomy education, and patient-centered care.

Position Highlights:

✅ Full-time, Monday-Friday – No weekends, no call
✅ Inpatient & Outpatient Responsibilities – Work closely with Colorectal & Urology surgeons
✅ Comprehensive Ostomy Care – Pre-surgery site markings, education, and follow-up care
✅ Patient Education & Care Coordination – Provide thorough assessments and individualized care plans
✅ Evidence-Based Practices – Utilize advanced wound care techniques to promote healing
✅ Collaborative Environment – Work alongside a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:

✔ Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (by start date) – Required
✔ Active NY License (or willingness to obtain) – Required
✔ Wound, Ostomy, & Continence Nursing (WOCN) Certification – Required (No Exceptions)
✔ DEA License (or willingness to obtain) – Required
✔ 1+ Year of NP Employment Experience (preferably in wound care/ostomy management) – Highly Preferred
✔ Strong communication skills & dedication to patient care
