Nurse Practitioner Wound Care Locum Tenens assignment in Washington.
Highlights
- Long-term assignment with no call required
- Fast credentialing
- Travel and lodging provided
Practice Setting
- Combination of inpatient and outpatient care
- Mostly outpatient/wound clinic with occasional inpatient/ER consults
- Patient ages range from pediatric to geriatric
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- No weekends or call duties
- Option for a 6-month commitment upfront
Cases and Procedures
- Focus on wound care: diabetic foot ulcers, venous stasis ulcers, pressure ulcers
- Occasional surgical dehiscence's and open surgical wounds
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
- Daily patient volume: 10-18, plus 1-3 HBO patients
Requirements
- Must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Must have Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Certificate
- Washington licensure needed; IMLC candidates welcome
