Overview:
An outstanding home-care service company is expanding and seeking Nurse Practitioners to make visits to Skilled Nursing Facilities in MD, VA, PA, IL, KY, IN and NY. This position offers excellent work-life balance with no on-call duties and a weekday schedule!
Details:
• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities, visiting patients' in SNF to provide direct care
• SNF visits,
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Requirements:
• Must have both NP license
• Wound care and SNF experience preferred but not required; open to new grads
Benefits:
• Full-time salaried position
• Benefits available: medical, dental, vision, etc.
• Bonus system for each advanced care treatment
• Gas Mileage reimbursed
