Wound MD/Personic Health is searching for a Nurse Practitioner comfortable with providing wound care in mobile settings. Our organization focuses on advanced wound care services and procedures in assisted living and residential settings. Training is provided for all wound care services.

Job Responsibilities

This is a mobile practice, which requires you to travel to facilities and patients homes
The job does require the ability to perform bedside wound care procedures
The job does require the ability to position patients appropriately for optimal wound care

Qualifications

Willing to commute to residential and assisted living facility locations to perform wound care and grafting
Able to effectively communicate with other referring and collaborating providers as well as to provide comprehensive documentation
Experience with wound care practices (Required)
State Licensed Nurse Practitioner (Required)
Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)

Working Hours

Full-time
Shift: Monday - Friday 9 am - 5
Salary:
Full time salary, full medical, dental and vision benefits with 5% 401k match
