Nurse Practitioner (Mobile Services) - St. Petersburg, FL (New Grads are accepted)

Job Type - Full Time/ Part Time

Shifts - Days (Mon - Fri)

Locations: Work in and around the Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Jacksonville, Miami, Naples, Ft Myers, The Villages, Orlando, Daytona, Flagler, and more.

Mobile visits with patients, provide telehealth visits as needed, and focused goals of full body approach to healing including, but not limited to, nutrition, medication, living conditions and best wound care practices available.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner program

New Grads are Welcome or

Minimum one year of experience in Wound Care

Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and/or American Nurses Credentialing Centre

Licensed by the Florida State Board of Nursing and in good standing with DEA license

BLS and CPR certified

Physical/Mental Demands:

Requires full range of body motion to order to provide the care needed to patients in their environment

Requires daily travel

Frequent standing, walking for extended periods of time

Requires visual and hearing acuity

Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds and provide excellence in care despite varying community conditions

Job Responsibilities

Offering new formulary to achieve progress on non-responding and stalled wounds.

Identifying patient populations that are negatively impacted by chronic medical conditions and systematically underserved, in order to design powerful patient and practitioner outreach campaigns.

Offering seamless access to proven, effective treatments which can be delivered by our on- and off-site medical teams.

Our overarching focus is to pair highly effective medical advances with the most patient populations suffering needlessly.
