• Full-time Permanent position, (schedule will be discussed during the interview )
• You will be joining the office practice of an Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physician, full-time or part-time, Mon-Fri, without nights or weekends.
• There is a hybrid option to also participate in a Home Care program and/or to round at a nearby skilled nursing facility (SNF).
• The provider will be providing medical care for the adult population
• The provider must be able to conduct preventative and wellness care, vaccines, walk-ins, and medical urgent care
• Bilingual providers wiill be strongly considered ( Spanish and Portuguese Speakers)
• Joining a strong support staff of Physicians as Advanced Providers
• Must have 1 year of experience as an NP/ PA working in a related setting
• Open to Local new graduates in the area
• MA license must be in hand or in process
