A Geriatric NP is needed in Northeast Wyoming to perform clinical duties in a growing Geriatric department. Please see below for additional details and refer to Job ID #70605

• Fulltime position working Monday-Friday ( Schedule will be discussed during the interview)
• The call will be rotated and discussed during the interview
• This clinic emphasizes the quality of life and palliative care for pain and symptom management of all Geriatric patients
• The provider will be treating patients with common geriatric problems
• You will split your time between a Long Term Care facility and ambulatory clinic
• Must be comfortable be working autonomously and have at least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Wyoming license must be in hand or in process
• Salary negotiable with experience, relocation, sign-on bonus, and full hospital benefits
