• Fulltime position
• ( Schedule will be discussed during the interview)
• The complex team provides high-quality care for patients with chronic illnesses and helps navigate patients' and families' difficult and confusing health conditions.
• The APP will be providing support, pain and symptom management, psychosocial support
• Must be comfortable working autonomously and have at least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or PA working in a similar setting
• New graduates with related experience in complex care are welcome to apply!
• Wyoming license must be in hand or in process
