- Full-time Permanent position, (Schedule will be discussed during the interview)
- Outpatient Clinic open for 8am-8pm - 3 Work Days a Week with 4 Admin Hours
- Salary is DOE, with Full Hospital Benefits
- You will be working in a team environment with a strong support staff
- You will be performing General Urgent Care dutie and must able to treat all ages
- Please have at least 1 year of experience as an NP/PA in Urgent Care, Walk-in clinic, Emergency medicine experience, or a related setting
- New graduates with ties to the area will be considered
- Provider must have an Active DEA, BLS, ACLS
- Arizona Licensed in Hand or the Process
- Please Have Local Ties or be Avid to the Outdoors
