• Full-time Permanent position, (schedule will be discussed during the interview )
• The provider will be providing medical care for all ages
• The provider must be able to conduct preventative and wellness care, vaccines, physical examinations, obtain histories
• Joining a strong support staff of Physicians as Advanced Providers
• Must have at least 1+ year of experience as an NP/ PA working in family medicine or a related setting
• ID license must be in hand or in process
