TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (Women’s Health, Bilingual Spanish) in Los Angeles, CA for our client, delivering comprehensive primary and women’s health services to underserved and uninsured patient populations. This role provides preventative care, chronic disease management, and reproductive health services while partnering with interdisciplinary teams to ensure accessible, culturally competent care. A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and bilingual Spanish proficiency are required.

This role provides preventative care, chronic disease management, and reproductive health services while partnering with interdisciplinary teams to ensure accessible, culturally competent care. Responsibilities as the Nurse Practitioner:
- Patient Care Delivery: Provide comprehensive primary and women’s health care services, including exams, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for diverse patient populations.
- Preventative & Reproductive Health: Deliver preventative screenings, family planning services, and patient education to support long-term wellness outcomes.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and continuity of care.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
- Patient Education & Advocacy: Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and health management strategies in a culturally competent manner.
- Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required.
- Certification / Licensure: Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California with board certification required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner providing primary care or women’s health services.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with community health or outpatient clinic environments and care delivery for underserved populations preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for clinical documentation and patient management.
- Skills & Attributes: Ability to conduct patient assessments and clinical visits independently in Spanish and English, with demonstrated capability to communicate effectively across diverse populations.
