Womens Health Nurse Practitioner Dallas, TX

Join a cohesive, high-performing private practice dedicated to providing compassionate and culturally competent care. We are seeking an energetic Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to support our growth and help maintain our stellar reputation for exceptional bedside manner and patient-centered service.

  • Balanced Lifestyle: Enjoy a predictable schedule with no call responsibilities and no weekend requirements. Our clinical hours are designed to protect your time, including a 3:00 PM close on Fridays and dedicated daily admin time.
  • Specialized Womens Health Focus: Manage a diverse patient panel (ages 1365) with a focus on routine OB care, well-woman exams, and contraception counseling. You will work alongside an experienced physician who manages high-risk cases and surgical procedures.
  • Efficient Patient Volume: Maintain a rewarding pace of 2025 patients per day for full clinical days. We allot 30 minutes for new patients and 15 minutes for follow-ups, supported by dedicated daily admin blocks to keep your charting on track.
  • Flexible FTE Options: We offer a great deal of flexibility to accommodate your needs, with options ranging from 3 to 5 days per week (Wednesday is a mandatory clinical day).
  • Comprehensive Rewards: Offering competitive compensation plus productivity bonuses. The package includes a 401(k) with match, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, and 19 days of total paid time off plus 11 paid holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background in Womens Health.
  • 2+ years of experience preferred; early to mid-career candidates with an energetic personality and excellent bedside manner are ideal.
  • Experience in Obstetric outpatient management and routine gynecological care.
  • State licensure and board certification are required.
